What are the Terms of Service?

This General Membership Agreement between You (Member, User or Advertiser) and Onairbux.com sets out the terms of your membership.

You must read carefully, understand and agreeable to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement by marking " I Accept ".

If You do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement, Familyclix.com is unwilling to allow You to become a Member.

1. User Account

1.1 You must register by Real full name and email address. your data is 100% secure. We never share your data with 3rd party.

1.2 Accounts are not transferable. It is forbidden to transfer or sell accounts.

1.3 You can only have one account same like a member has only one identification card and passport. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to termination of all of them. This also applies to your payment processor account which has to be unique and not shared with another user. If a user forgets his/her login details, it is better for him/her to open a support ticket better than attempting to open a new account with the same data. The logging details will be emailed to you once you request for it.

1.4 You must speak and understand English in order to use our services. You must use English when advertising or communicating on our site.

1.5 Each advertisement can be viewed by the same IP only once per 24 hours. For viewing advertisements an internet connection must be used only by a single user every 24 hours. Any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the termination of your account. You can use multiple IP addresses to login. Logging in from proxies/VPN or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafes, etc.) is not allowed.

1.6 Only one account per computer is allowed to view advertisements. If more than one account in a single computer view advertisements, all of those accounts will be permanently suspended.

1.7 Onairbux will not modify user account information based on user request. Any username/upline change requests will be declined.

1.8 Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.

1.9 You must not automatically redirect any page to Onairbux or include the Onairbux site inside any other site visible or not.

1.10 Any attempt to manually or automatically reload/view pages intensively will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.

1.11 Members must log in at least once every 30 day(s) in order to stay active. Inactive account termination is irreversible and any account balance, memberships, points and referrals will be forfeited, but you will still be able to login after being incative to activate your account again within 90 days, also keep in mind that advertising credits will remain since we do understand that most advertisers forget sometimes to login each 30 days.

2. Forum and General User Behavior

2.1 When registered and logged in, you can post new topics and answer in previously created ones in the Forum.

2.2 You have the right to express yourself without offending other users.

2.3 We do not tolerate racism, sexism or abusive comments from our members. Debates and discussions are fine, however we will not tolerate any rude attitudes, insults, meaningless inflammatory posts towards either our members or our staff.

2.4 All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals, money offers/exchange/requests and the offer or request of services are prohibited in Forum posts/topics. Spamming the Forum with nonsense posts/messages, duplicated topics, illegal content, sharing email addresses, social website links and instant messenger IDs is also prohibited.

2.5 Any accusation without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against Onairbux and / or Onairbux staff / assistants, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefits.

2.6 Posting topics or messages that may directly or indirectly be prejudicial to Onairbux, its users, sponsors or service providers will be considered offensive and may lead to suspension of forum privileges.

2.7 We do not tolerate racism, sexism or abusive comments from our members. Debates and discussions are fine, however we will not tolerate any rude attitudes, insults, meaningless inflammatory posts towards either our members or Onairbux staff.

3. Referrals

3.1 You may refer an unlimited number of direct referrals.

3.2 You may not refer other people in your household. Only one account, email and I.P. per customer.

3.3 You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. You also cannot use any service that attempts to sell you referrals. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.

3.4 Every referral should have unique and valid email address. It is not preferable the using of email generators, the emails from these sites are frequently used by cheaters and users who do not want to earn fair, but to create multiple accounts.

3.5 Rented referrals have no expiration fees.

3.6 You only earn from directly referred referrals when they are rented or referred directly by you.

3.7 You can only rent referrals when they are available and within the limits of your current membership. Having more referrals than the allowed amount will result in the deactivation of the earnings from all referrals.

3.8 The clicks you earn from referrals are directly related to the clicks you make. If you click at least 4 advertisements being a Standard member or Upgraded member, you'll receive all clicks made from your referrals. The referral clicks will be calculated based on the clicks you made on the previous day. These calculations are based on the server time which can be seen in the (View Ads) page.

3.9 A referral will never be able to change the member who referred him/her.

3.10 The clicks made by your referrals will be credited to your account instantly. However, depending on the server load, they can be credited within 24 hours.

3.11 The amount of referrals is limited based on the referrer's membership. The users can see the limit in the Upgrade page.

4. Payments to Users

4.1 All payments will be made via Perfect Money, Payeer, Bitcoin and Payza. No other method of payment is available at this time. You can only request an unlimited amount to be paid to the payment processor you've used to make the most of your purchases in monetary amount. The maximum amount you can request to the other payment processors is equal to the value of the purchases you've made through them individually. In the event of equal most value of purchases between two or more payment processors you can make an unlimited payment request for each one that is part of the par.

4.2 The minimum for First Time Payout is $2 for all members. This amount will increase by $1.00 for each cashout until it reaches a fixed minimum amount of $5.00.

4.3 All payments will be made within 24 hours upon request or within 48 hours after being requested if the payment processor services are down.

4.4 Members may withdraw their earnings regardless of their membership type or country.

4.5 Ensure the payment processor account that you create is with a company which allows payments to your country.

4.6 Make sure that you have started your session from a computer within the physical boundaries of said nation.

4.7 Make sure that you have added a correct and existing Perfect Money, Payeer, Bitcoin and Payza email address or account ID. All payments will be sent to the preferred account and can not be canceled or refunded.

4.8 For security reason, payment processor's email addresses used for withdrawal must be the same as payment processor`s email addresses used for deposit.

4.9 For security reason, Onairbux.com reserves the right to delay and cancel any payment request and ask for more information from member.

4.10 Users must accept the payments made to their payment processor accounts in 30 calendar days or will have the payment canceled and it will not be refunded.

4.11 Once the withdrawal has been processed and payment has been made by Onairbux.com, we assume no further responsibility and cannot be held responsible for any issue caused by the payment processor companies.

4.12 Members from Vietnam must to have a paid membership to be able to receive money. Payment requests from Vietnamese accounts that have no paid membership (upgrade) will be deleted and the accounts will be suspended.

4.13 Sharing/posting your payment proof in the forum is a must before requesting your next cashout.

5. Payments to Onairbux

5.1 All payments are to be made using the links available at "Your Account". No other method of payment will be accepted.

5.2 All payments are non-refundable.

5.3 Payments made to Onairbux.com using Payza are only accepted from verified accounts. We have our payment processor accounts verified, so we believe you may verify your accounts too.

5.4 Payments from unverified accounts will not be accepted.

5.5 The payments made to Onairbux.com via Payza , Perfect Money, Bitcoin and Payeer are confirmed by your Payza, Perfect Money, Bitcoin and Payeer emails.

5.6 Any payment made by another Payza, Perfect Money, Bitcoin and Payeer email address and/or ID will be referenced to the user that holds that account or, in the lack of a user, the payment will not be referenced.

5.7 All chargebacks and/or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension. All purchased items are non-refundable.

6. Paid to Sign Up Offers Terms

6.1 Members submitting fake or false info on Paid to Sign Up Offers will result in the offer being denied and possible account suspension.

6.2 Advertisers found falsely denying valid member Sign Up Offers will result in forfeiture of advertising credits and possible account suspension.

6.2 Members who receive a three(3) number of denied Sign Up Offers will have their accounts flagged and thus not be able to participate in PTSU anymore further.

7. Advertising Terms

7.1 The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal or other adult materials of any kind.

7.2 The website must not contain any frame breakers.

7.3 The website must not contain or promote any viruses.

7.4 The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.

7.5 The website must not have a popup/pop under window.

7.6 The website must not contain:

•          Adult content or sexually themed material
•          Drugs and Drug
•          Tobacco Sales
•          Discriminatory Practices
•          Hate / Violence Sites
•          Weapons Sales
•          Pharmaceutical Sales
•          Illegal Downloads including movies, MP3, software etc.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 The purchase of upgrade is non-refundable.

8.2 The purchase of rented/direct referrals are non-refundable.

8.3 The purchase of advertising packages and credits for your ads are non-refundable. Aside from this, we will work with you to solve any problems you may have.

9. Account Suspension

9.1 We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our T.O.S.

9.2 All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.

9.3 All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.

9.4 After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently suspended after 90 days of inactivity.

10. Anti-Cheat Policy

10.1 Each attempt of breaching the page code, hacking will be noted and the user account will be deleted.

10.2 Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.

10.3 It is forbidden to use any software designed for automatic ads viewing or filling out offers, for you, including, but not limited to any software, plugin, script or autoclicker.

10.4 We may or may not inform you that your account was terminated. In the first case, we will send you an email. In either case, you will be notified as soon as you try to use any of the services at Onairbux.com.

10.5 We reserve the right to verify the user account fully, which means to show identity card.

11. Rights & Liability

11.1 We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice. Please note due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring system, we're not able to disclose any detailed information nor discuss the reason.

11.2 Any accusation without proof, false representing, intimidation, threat or disrespect against Onairbux.com and/or Onairbux Staff here or elsewhere will be considered as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the forum and chat as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other results.

11.3 You are not an employee of Onairbux.com and you are not an independent contractor for Familyclix.com. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or Onairbux.com has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.

11.4 Onairbux.com will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, War, Terrorism, Strike, Labor Dispute, Work Stoppage, Fire, Act of Government, or any other cause whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. Onairbux.com reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offer, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice. Onairbux.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents are not responsible for any products and services that come from another program, participating companies, or partners.

11.5 Assurance: Onairbux.com upfront reserves the right to modify the terms at any time, with or without caution. We take no responsibility for violations occurred by Onairbux.com members, it's your job to revise the terms on a regular basis.

11.6 Errors: We cannot assure the site may or may not have exploits, Any user caught exploiting any area of Onairbux.com will result in account termination and all funds to be forfeited. Please note legal action may also be initiated.

11.7 Reserves: Onairbux.com reserves the right to modify, edit, delete or rename your account at any time with or without notice.

11.8 Copyright: Onairbux.com is copyright 2017. You are prohibited from distributing, reselling, recoding, modifying or copying Onairbux.com at all times. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services are and will remain the exclusive property of Onairbux and it's licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the Onairbux name or any of the Onairbux trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.
